چکیده

Abstract The thymus is composed of thymocytes and stromal cells including thymic epithelial mesenchymal cells. Thymic are originated from Neural Crest (NC) the mesoderm. Although it known that NC-derived (NCd) contribute to organogenesis development, their specific role in T cell regeneration unclear. To evaluate regenerative ability NCd thymus, we used lethally irradiated mice examine effect ionizing irradiation (IR) on size, (thymic (TECs) cells). Additionally, ablated via vitro diphtheria toxin (DT) administration double transgenic (Wnt1-Cre/+; Rosa YFP/DTRmice) express NC-specific Cre Cre-driven DT receptor (DTR) transplanted depleted mesenchyme under renal capsules non-irradiated C57BL/6 (CD45.1) mice. IR reduced size absolute numbers percentages thymocytes, primarily (CD4 +CD8 +) TECs. Moreover, number but not upregulated several hematopoietic factors such as Flt3l, Periostin, Scf, Bmp4after supported reconstitution. Taken together, our findings indicate only radio-resistant, also produce molecules may support early T-cell development for reconstitution after .

Emergence of signs of neural cells after exposure of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells to fetal brain extract

Objective(s): Nowadays much effort is being invested in order to diagnose the mechanisms involved in neural differentiation. By clarifying this, making desired neural cells in vitro and applying them into diverse neurological disorders suffered from neural cell malfunctions could be a feasible choice. Thus, the present study assessed the capability of fetal brain extract (FBE) to induce rat bon...

Radiation Rescue: Mesenchymal Stromal Cells Protect from Lethal Irradiation

BACKGROUND Successful treatment of acute radiation syndromes relies on immediate supportive care. In patients with limited hematopoietic recovery potential, hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) transplantation is the only curative treatment option. Because of time consuming donor search and uncertain outcome we propose MSC treatment as an alternative treatment for severely radiation-affected individua...

Hematopoietic Stem Cells in Neural-crest Derived Bone Marrow

Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) in the endosteum of mesoderm-derived appendicular bones have been extensively studied. Neural crest-derived bones differ from appendicular bones in developmental origin, mode of bone formation and pathological bone resorption. Whether neural crest-derived bones harbor HSCs is elusive. Here, we discovered HSC-like cells in postnatal murine mandible, and benchmarke...

Spermatogenesis after transplantation of adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells in busulfan-induced azoospermic hamster

Objective(s): Adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AT-MSCs) with more potent immunomodulatory effects, greater proliferative potential and secretion of growth factors and cytokines in comparison with bone marrow derived MSCs are more appropriate for cell therapy. The aims of the present study were to evaluate the histomorphometric effect of AT-MSCs allotransplantation on regeneration ...
